Tier 1 Visit

Rapid COVID-19 Antigen Test
Includes evaluation, test, and Tier 1 Visit
COVID-19 PCR Test
Includes evaluation, test, resulting, and Tier 1 Visit
While this test is the most accurate, it typically takes 24-48 hrs to get results. Check to see if you need this type of test (i.e. for travel).
Rapid COVID-19 & PCR Tests
Includes evaluation, tests, resulting, and Tier 1 Visit
Includes both a rapid COVID-19 antigen test with same-visit results and a PCR test which is more accurate but takes 24-48 hrs for results.
STD Testing

Basic STD Testing $200
Includes all care provided in a Tier 1 Visit plus one injection (e.g. Rocephin) and testing for one STD by urine exam or physical exam.

HIV Testing $275
Includes everything in a Basic STD Visit plus testing for HIV (blood test).

Full STD Testing $500
Includes everything in a Basic STD Visit plus full blood exam (HIV, RPR, HEP Panel) and swab (e.g. Viral CX, G/C CX).
Additional Services
Follow-up visits must be within two days of initial visit. Rocephin, Decadron, and Toradol IM are included. Additional services will be charged as a new visit.
